1. What sets me apart as a UX Designer?

Communication. I can translate the business objectives into the design concept, into the development needs, and keep everyone in the loop in the process. My strongest skill is understanding who my audience is, and determining what they need to know to keep the project on track and moving forward, while balancing the stakeholder priorities with the needs of the user. I consider myself a collaborator above all else.

2. What methodologies and practices do I specialize in as a UX Designer?

As a deeply empathetic customer advocate, my experience in CX roles has helped me become an expert in user interviews and usability testing. I adopt the agile methodology to build quickly and test often, ensuring projects meet key business metrics and stay on the right path. I rely on both quantitative and qualitative methods, using the best tools to achieve the most efficient results.

3. How do I stay updated with the latest technology trends?

As a lifelong learner, part of my routine includes monitoring market for new tech and software that will optimize my workflow. I devote a portion of my day to research and tool testing new tools. I love spending part of my day taking courses to fill in gaps in my experience or understanding.

4. What is my approach to problem-solving in development projects?

My approach involves continuous communication with the development team and stakeholders to tackle both known and unforeseen obstacles. I engage the development team early to understand feasibility and constraints, and I keep stakeholders informed as we navigate the challenges throughout the development process.
